Returns & Exchanges

At Libertine-Libertine, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your new items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and the reason for the return.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
